Real trade, trained on the job

Construction experience is an asset, not a requirement — we'll provide on-the-job training to get you up to speed. You'll be installing insulation in homes and commercial buildings across the BC Interior, on a crew that starts at 7:00 and takes the work seriously. Wages are based on experience.

What you'll need

• → A valid driver’s license
• → Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• → Comfortable at moderate heights and in tight spaces
• → Your own hard hat, steel-toe boots & hi-vis vest — we supply the rest of the safety gear
